TERMS OF PAYMENT :
As a non-profit charitable foundation, IMC is perpetually short of operating, day to day funds. It would therefore be appreciated, if those who are able would make payment IN FULL with submission of this application plus bus transportation each way. Your help in this regard would be most appreciated. For those NOT ABLE fees can be paid in three installments, cheques to be submitted with this application in order to minimize administrative costs. Of course, a full refund is made for cancellation before May 15. After this date, a $75.00 administrative fee is retained by the camp. No refunds after July 1 for any reason.
Planning to take the bus?
Bus fees must be paid at time of application. Please include $70 (GST included) bus fare each way for Toronto bus or $80 (GST included) bus fare each way for Hamilton. (Hamilton bus available for Week Two only)

Applications submitted after June 01, must be accompanied by payment in full, unless otherwise arranged with camp office.
Partial music scholarships: A limited number of Partial Music Scholarships are awarded annually to IMC campers if funds are available. These are granted on the basis of the applicant’s talents, technical proficiency, character and financial needs, and the instrumental needs of the camp. If you wish to make application for scholarship assistance, please complete the Scholarship Form
No application for partial scholarship can be considered before camper is registered and deposit is received. Deadline for submission of scholarship application is May 1st. Scholarship awards will be made by cheque.
Please Note:
1. It is understood that the applicant is in all respects physically fit and able to participate in the full program.
2. The camp reserves the right to expel campers for violations of camp regulations without refund.
3. The camp cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of any belongings brought to camp.
4. Although a first aid health centre and competent nursing staff is provided, the cost of any treatment or costly drugs not ordinarily supplied by the camp must be borne by the campers if such instance should arise.
