  Imagine the thrill of performing "Guys and Dolls"
after only 8 days of rehearsal!

 
  That's exactly what this summer's musical theatre campers will be doing!

This summer at Inter provincial Music Camp, you can actually become a part of such an exciting musical theatre performance! Students will learn by doing as they are directed and coached by the pros in acting, singing, movement and some basic dance. Workshops and discussions with a guest musical theatre professional will help aspiring young performers interested in learning more about "what it takes" to pursue a career in Musical Theatre.

The major portion of the week will be devoted to practical work, rehearsal and preparation for the public performance. Students who are very dedicated and prepared to work hard are encouraged to enroll in this program. The satisfaction and thrill of achieving a creditable performance within an 8-day period will forever be source of great pride to all who participate.

Michael Schloegl - Director/Choreographer

Michael Schloegl has performed throughout the U.S. and Europe in productions such as West Side Story , Oklahoma , The Will Rogers Follies, A Chorus Line , and also a featured dancer and singer in the Atlantic City production of Legends in Concert.

Originally from Indianapolis , He now lives in NYC and works as a Director, Writer, Choreographer, and Costume Designer for his own and other independent productions.

Michael has received rave reviews for his one -man show, History Time Henry , where he travels to school assembly programs with his original musical production. He has also written other children's productions, Three Bears and A Babe , and Calling All Toys!, which were performed in a NYC children's theater. He enjoys teaching musical theatre workshops with Elementary and High School students, and also works as a director and choreographer for regional theatre productions.

Mark Britt - Musical Director
Mark Britt is an active piano technician and musical director, pianist, singer and collaborative partner in New York City. After a Bachelor of Music degree in voice performance and a Master of Music degree in piano, Mark was active on the accompanying staff at Butler University, Indianapolis. After playing for hundreds of recitals around the Mid-West, Mark took off to London for the Piano Technology program at the University of Western Ontario [thanks IMC-Mom!]. From Canada to Germany's Seiler Pianofortefabrik to the Aspen Music Festival as a technician, Mark works with Steinway & Sons in Manhattan.Mark has either been Pianist or Musical Director for performances of works including Gianni Schicchi, Amahl, My Fair Lady, Cinderella, ...Drood, Man on the Rock and of course last year's successful performance of Footloose, the musical at IMC.
